As a HCA for this company I can honestly say all of our carers on the fleet truly love there job, yes it can get stressful but our bosses are supportive and very understanding, having been a HCA for 6 years between care homes and out in the community I can honestly say this is the best company I have ever worked for and I'm not just saying that, our clients are great. Personally if my nan needed care in the future I would choose Apex and I'm not being biased by saying that because other places I have worked I would not trust them to look after them, so if your looking for quality care for your loved ones choose Apex we would love to have you or family members as a client

on friday11/10 my mother was left in bed until 11.40 despite me having spoke to apex and being assured that they knew they had to attend ( i spoke to them 3 times in the previous days) and Social Services had spoken to them twice. Today theyattended my mother while she was eating her tea befo7.15pm My mother suffered a fall and was attended by the crisis team ( free of charge ) they were amazing and offered fantastic care for my 97 yo mother until apex who charge took over.....once again terrible service . I have to say that the carers are too good for such a poor company

A young lady known as Jetta Watson, a cruel and nasty person towards my husband. Calls herself a health care assistant, terrible. I made an official complaint, yet no response.
