Frankly if I could give no stars I would. We bought a ride on mower for approx 4k in the summer. After the 3rd time of using it the fan belt came off. We called the company and they sent some one to fix it - it took 15 minutes to do. We then got a bill for 120 - they didn't answer any emails but just kept sending the bill. We spoke to them and they said it wasn't covered under warrantly. The customer service advisor was not interested. He was very offhand, didn't care about providing a good service and the fact that he would not be getting any future custom from us. We will get all future services and parts elsewhere. Completely disgraceful customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!
