Brilliant chemist. I transferred from another due to bad experiences. This pharmacy has always been fantastic, but even more so during such difficult times. Even under such pressure they have stayed friendly, helpful and consistently providing a safe environment for staff and customers alike. All staff members have always gone out of their way to help myself and family members, always so lovely to talk to. Many thanks to all of you, especially for your hard work during a global pandemic.

Chakra lavender

This used to be a 5 star chemist and for over 30 years I have supported them but this year has made them show there true colours, rude and very unhelpful. Sorry to say I will never use them again.

Myself and my partner moved our custom to Paydens for our prescriptions and general needs a good while back after experiencing poor service from a major chain. They are always very helpful, and their shop in Hailsham High Street is a lovely traditional chemist, the sort that you remember from years back! We should all support our local shops in this day and age, this one is a little gem!

Chemist who was dispensing at the time was extremely ride to my partner when collecting her medication, this guy obviously thinks he's some sort of medical practitioner and gave my partner the third degree on the reasons why she has been prescribed this type of medication from our doctor then stayed that she should not have been prescribed this and should see another doctor, he then refused to hand over the medication until my partner phone the doctor to verify that she has been on this medication (which she has been for over 2 year's) and to verify that she had been given prescriptions for this since May this year. I must add that without this medication my partner would be in a contant state of having seizure afer siezure and would not be able to function properly. I am now looking into reporting this so called chemist to the proper officials after him totally degrading and belittling my partner in front of his staff and other customers. I hope this guy gets what he deserves
