Never have any issues with treatment. Only with some issues with my access. The nurses say i need another surgery. The doctors say I don't. Hmm. Which one am I listening too.

Since one star is the lowest possible here, I am lying and rating this dump a "1". The level of clinical incompetence, enforced neglect, and laziness I encountered here while caring for a loved one was incomprehensible at first, then understood to be the way things run at Davita. Here's what I observed: 1. Multiple instances of patients, finished with treatment, sitting in pools of blood in the waiting room while they waited for rides out of there. Most were oblivious, but some said they had been calling for anyone to help, but during these instances when I was there, no one was at the front desk or within earshot; I had to go into the treatment area to announce what was going on, which resulted in a mad dash to the front area of the facility to clean up the mess and escort the patients back for repairs; 2. Found patient passed out in carport pickup area, lying on his side in 90 degree heat in July. Ran inside, found a nurse who asked me (!) to help get him back inside. I did, 'cause the guy was in need of assistance. Later thought this was a risk, as I had no insurance if something happened, but wondered why there was no one inside to do this necessary job; 3. Our loved one and family member was released to drive home numerous times after being over-dialyzed and in serious state of hypotension, once passing out in the driveway exiting the car. Had to be rushed to the hospital and given IV fluids to restore his fluid balance. Can only imagine if he had passed out behind the wheel on the way home...; Each time the Davita facility was contacted in response to the above occurrences, they either denied they occurred, or said that was an unusual situation that had never happened or would not again. Rapidly learned they couldn't care less about correcting their policies, practices, or offensive behavior. Would never permit anyone related to me to be subjected to this level of malpractice or abuse.
