Please do yourself a favor and believe the negative reviews on various sites...they are all true. Mario gave us a business card with a fake name on it so it was too late to back out by the time I found out his real identity and read the real reviews. The fake name was Mario Rocco from Remod 1 home repairs. He has changed the name of his business many times b/c he has a line of awful reviews and law suits. Working with Mario was a nightmare from day 1...I wish I could have read other reviews before I signed the contract. Please don't waste your time, money and health. Find a REPUTABLE and CAPABLE contractor with real recommendations.
