She is a great hairstylist but needs work on her communication with clients and time management, if you make an appointment make sure she knows that you may not have time to sit around and wait for her to finish up an hour later. REPLY TO OWNER'S REPLY I was simply referring to the lack of communication and time management as a means to make you aware that its something you should learn when dealing with clients not for you to make excuses for yourself. You want to be in business get your skills up. We are all human and there are things we can all work on, it's called constructive criticism.
