Had my procedure done in June 2020. Its been 8 months and I know I need to wait until 12 months before having a follow up and deciding if there is anything else that I can do or if the progress is good and I am of no need of any further treatments. However communication is poor. The doctor and consultants don't fully answer your questions or leave you on read. We come to you as our confidence is low and hope you are able to be a means of helping. As doctors you should know that and not answering or leaving us on read only makes it worse. Imagine if it was you. In terms of results I cant say whether I'm satisfied or not as I'm still waiting but communication is poor and if you are low in confidence then I would not recommend this clinic as I feel like I've been left in the dark

Really thought the staff was great and friendly. Explained everything that was going to take place on the day of the surgery to me which I thought was very clear. my treatment team was fantastic could not fault them at all

We had a consultation with Zain. Terrible person. Unprofessional. Verbally abusive. Gave my friend a discounted price providing he did the surgery straight away. And then he said if we walk away and decide to do the surgery at a later date he could not give us the same discounted price as this was a one time ‘bargain’. Ridiculous. He allowed us to come in with no masks during covid national lockdown because he decided to ‘let it go this time’. No social distancing. Greedy for money. Waste of time. Trash customer service.

I had worst experience in my life with this centre , I attended this clinic for while from September. 2017 till July.2018 , every few months they changing the treatment, all of them not work and fake!! as I believe the most important thing for any lady is her hair. all the 5 stars reviews from their people because it’s in same time , check them, three months and six months!!!! and so on..... they done for me Prp, and Meso therapy and laser.They even not deserve one star!! They used for me cheap product from abroad ,amino acid which when my GP did his search find that kind of injunction is not registered in the UK, or even EU. that injunction caused me swilling and severe pain in my head for long time, consequently I went to A&E And they gave me cortisone tables (8 a day). few days after I find a patches of baldness in the three places that they inject my head on and I will attach the photo. so they caused me alopecia as they not hygiene at all dirty place inside the rooms. later they agree to give me a cortisone injection in my head for free , but it’s not help it’s make it worse. base on all above I’m not recommended this place to anyone and based on My experience with this place is more than one year . in my family and friends experience there are two things can help you to re growing your hair, the supplements tables and minoxidil 5% any brand .
