Do not come to this salon!!!! Receptionist makes a point for me to use a Barber by the name of Sergio to do a fade "because he actually went to Barber school and is who I would want to fade my hair" When he's finished cleans me up and tries to rush me off the chair without showing me the massacre he did to the back of my head! Then waves to the receptionist not to charge me they should have paid me For the mess they performed on me.
I love this place! Needed a last minute place for a quick shampoo blow out and the salon set me up with Michael who was amazing. He gave me a gorgeous blow with big loose curls...exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is also beautiful and totally trendy. Definitely coming back here!
I called in a day prior to see if I can get my hair evaluated to see if I can bleach it again because my last stylist told me to wait a couple months because it was so damaged. A really nice lady to me to come in whenever I want and it shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes. I came in the next day, and told this persian lady that I needed to get my hair checked, it wouldn’t take more than 2 minutes and if she could do it right now. She told me I needed to wear mask, so I went to my car and got one, came back and waited outside. Another customer comes to where I’m standing AFTER me and the persian lady took her in first and told me to wait. 10 minutes go by, I’m standing outside the door she comes to me and tells me to sit on the curb and wait. I waited 10 more minutes on the curb, the customer who came after me still hasn’t left the shop, and I needed to go to work. I came 30 minutes earlier for a 2 minute hair evaluation and waited 20 minutes and didn’t even get my hair checked. So rude and unprofessional. Never going back ever again.
I was able to book an appointment last minute for a dark red balayage on black hair and it turned out GORGEOUS! Yan got me exactly what I wanted.
I've been here twice before. The first two times my appointment started really really late, but this time it was right on time (I was actually 10 minutes late, but they were gracious with me). Martina is AMAZING. I'm probably a stylists worst nightmare when it comes to knowing what to do with my hair... I always want to say "whatever you think is best". Today I actually came in with some direction and it went so well. Martina was patient with me and she did a gloss, long layer haircut, and styled it for me. It looks great and I'm glad I came in! Thank you Martina! Also, the woman at the front desk was very sweet
You ruined my hair. It was beautiful, thick, and past my hips. You colored my hair too dark, I asked to have it highlighted, and within a week you BLEACHED my hair 4 times (3 times in 1 day), not to mention the day you bleached it 3 times in a row, you put me under the heat and burned my scalp. I truly don’t think it was on accident. If so, You have no business doing hair.
I recommend Yan! She’s been cutting my husband and I’s hair for years! We have never once had a bad cut from her. Each time she does exactly how I ask her to! (you know how us girls are when we envision a style!) She’s professional, sweet, caring and extremely good at what she does! I have full confidence in her and completely trust her every single time. She doesn’t yap your ear off either if you’re not in the mood to chitchat. I highly recommend Yan, all around!!
