AT-M-09-ST 2018 SCOOPE DOG

秘境！険しい山間部、建設当時、危険を伴う山間部に踏み入れて作業する。作業の労働安全基準も低く、命知らずな荒々しい男達の環境だったと思う。重機の性能も劣る昭和36年に発電所と、林道敷設、さらに先の取水堰堤２ヶ所と、水路を建設するなんてスゴすぎる。先人の根性と社会貢献の志を尊敬します。
