I have been trying to reach them for the last 1 week and tried almost all the numbers posted on the website. Unfortunately, there is no one who has answered the call. Tried at least 85 times. During such difficult times where family members need airport and lounge services, Hala fails to even respond, forget about delivering.

Payment can be at the airport before 30 min of flight arrival. Any airlines is fine but if Air Arabia flight you have option of online payment
Desk staff are very rude... They dont know how to talk to customers .. Very poor service.. Just weste of money..they dont have any training how to deal with people..low earn staff how they give good service.... Use less service

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I was travelling alone with my daughter for the first time and paid them to book the service. There was a female staff who took my passport from me and she didn't even bother if I was walking behind her. I got lost for some time and had to wait there. It is the staff's responsibility to check if the passenger is with them. and then after some time she came giggling as if it is something so simple. It was difficult for me to carry my hand baggage and manage my daughter and run behind this crazy staff. Later, when we got all our baggage, we had a porter who was carrying them for us, suddenly another staff rushed from nowhere and was saying there is some very important person and this porter needs to go there. Then What are we standing for, AFTER PAYING ALL THE MONEY????!!!!! and I had to wait until that porter came back. These people never value the customers. All they know is to charge money and give totally desperate service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I booked a similar service back in Kochin and I was treated like a Queen. Hala Service needs to learn a lot from them.
Very much disappointed by the service. I booked this service for my wife who was traveling Shj for the first time. When I received my wife she was accompanied by a Hala Staff and a porter. But to my surprise she was handling 2 passenger instead of one and porter was using 1 Trolly for both passenger. Once they came out, porter took all the baggage of the other passenger to their car and we waited at least 10 min for him to return back. My disappointment is that if I have paid for the service than I should get exclusive service instead of shared service. I hope authorities will look into it.
