Disgusted with the trade counter staff. 5 staff standing around chatting. And when I ask if I could pay at the trade counter as there was a queue at the other end and no-one waiting at the trade checkout, I was told no. I have to to go to the main checkout. I would have thought given the current pandemic, that keeping their customers safe was a priority. I guess not!

I liked b&q, its a good diy store and you can most of the stuff at good prices, i also liked the returns & refunds policy its very good. I shop mostly every week with the money off vouchers they send to me.
Very unfair staffs. I went this store was 19:00 I have breathingd problem there was a lady on the door asked me to put my mask on and I politely told her I have breathing problem I can't breath with mask on. She replied but you still have to have your mask on if you want to come in! I didn't have mask on she told me to buy one there i had to join the queue WITHOUT mask on for 10 min to be served was ok with them then they charged me 6 for pack of mask. Then I went in as of they are closing at 20:00 didn't have much time to find what I wanted I asked for help because of closing time I didn't even get a help that I wanted to get what I wanted.
Massive store, got everything, Covid safe, nice friendly staff.
Terrible. Wouldn't waste your time.. 5.50 for that.. didn't taste nice, could upgrade instant coffee for 1.50.. which I didn't. No butter, one sauce sachet.. 80p for a slice of toast. No wonder it was empty. Service was miserable!
