Normally I would give the library 5/5 but this morning. I had a very bad dizzy spell and the nearest place to ask for a chair for two minutes was the library. I know it’s Covid times . But I feel extremely disappointed that I was turned away . No chairs apparently. When I could see two .

Very good library which is really quiet and the staff are very helpful
Decent Computers, Good selection of DVD'S and Friendly staff.
I would recommend this library to people . i used a computer in here and couldnt get printer to work this nice lady behind the desk helped me and took 15 mins out her time . -- Drew
Library is inside the Halesowen Shoping centre, Next door to Bus Station and car park, Love going to Halesowen Library.
