Had my alarm serviced today. My mom was there while I was at work and she called to say what a lovely young man the engineer was. His name was Dave. He was really friendly, helpful and extremely thorough in tested the alarm. Explained things simply and even went to the aid of my mom when she dropped some fruit on the floor and picked it all up for her then wiped the floor so that she didn't slip on it. Went above and beyond and I am really happy with the service we received. Please pass on our thanks to him.

Had a great experience with this company. The installers turned up on time, and were very helpful working around my two children who wanted to help. When ever I have needed Secure It All they have always been easy to get hold of, being very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Secure It All recently updated our 30 old alarm system, all the staff were very helpul and their price very competitve. A recent minor fault which came to light was dealt with on the Saturday that it was reported. Overall a very good service.
What a useless company! Agreed a price with them, the work was due to start, they fail to show up twice. Very unprofessional. It was not a missed appointment they just did not bother turning up. Both site visits were completely inconvenient for our staff, as they were out of hours. Our experience with this company got even worse, when after failing to show up, they rang to demand more money. The complete lack of respect from Secure It All was incredible. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism cannot go unchecked, and I have reported them to the regulator for bad practice. Horrendous experience.
I found secure it all offered impartial advice when enquiring about CCTV. Prices are very competitive and customer service has been great.
