Lovely personal welcome, fantastic garden and views. Easy access to traditional market town centre with it's pubs, restaurants and shops. Bus routes to Southwold and Norwich, plus train station about 7 minutes walk away (north towards Lowestoft and south towards Ipswich). Town centre has numerous art and craft places including The Cut about 6 minutes walk away.
