I have been getting 2 double cheeseburgers from here for the last 10 years, but the last 6 months they have been horrible. The burger patties are cold and hard rubbery feeling and taste. The cheese isn't melted, it's like they are just throwing junk together that has been precooked several days before. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was cooking and didn't have time to speak with me. I could understand if they were busy, but I was the only customer there.

Food is Great Today!
I came through their Drive Thru and everything was just standard and fine at first. I pull up to grab my order at the second window, and the cashier is extremely mute and handing us things in a semi-“aggressive” manner and our food was COLD to the point that the cheese wasn’t melted, the patties were HARD and there was barely any ketchup or mustard, so I came around once again for a second time and received the SAME THING! I then proceeded to speak with management, who told me “that I was only one who had complained all night and that she GUESSES that she didn’t know how to help me or want to do for me at this point”

Every single time I go to this mcdonald's our order is always wrong . Our food taste so bad we can hardly eat it. My husband's hamburger had two parties that were so burnt it looked like charcoal and was hard as a brick.my egg mcmuffin,smelled do bad I was afraid to eat it. Corporate office needs to clean house and hire people not interested in socializing but in doing thier job. By far the worst mcdonald's I've every been too and,this happens every time we go there and it's only getting worse with each bisit
