The Click and Collect system 3as easy to use and efficient. The order was made, an hour later it was ready for collection. The store was clearly marked out to comply with Covid restrictions and the staff were helpful. The store assistant offered to carry my large box down the stairs and to my car which was much appreciated. A pleasant and safe experience.

Took the car in for mot came back with grease all over the inside of car! Phoned and complained so they offered a free valet service which when just been to pick it up was still left with huge grease hand prints inside..... I'm fuming!
The staff at Halfords at the bridge retail park in Telford were very helpful and courteous. They put me at ease and did their best to find and fit the item I required. It was a nice experience visiting the store to purchase items for my car

Recently went to the halfords store telford click and collect in there no more than 5minutes they where doing the health and safety guidelines as per guv guidlines
