Such a pleasure to use Halfords store in Workington. I couldn't ask for a better service. Staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was at the store for less than 10 minutes from arrival, to being served, to having a bulb fitted to leaving. Fantastic service 10/10.

I was very impressed with Halfords, Workington - 2 ½ years ago I bought a Carrera Crossfire E-Bike and by May this year, had done almost 2.500 miles on it when I managed to snap the derailer hanger – I phoned up Halfords, Workington branch and they checked that they had the part in stock, they had, so I took the bike through that afternoon and it was ready for collection the next day – I was very impressed by the their speed, their professionality and, their price :-)

Checked on line for availability on a new car chair for my grandson, we called at the store to find it was open, which was incredibly helpful as we were able to let my grandson sit in a chair and as he is opinionated for a nearly 3 yr old this made the choice so much easier, and more surprising was the reasonable prices, and choices available. Easy to shop, advice freely given, non pushy sales staff, Thank You.
