I was dealt with in a professional manner by Stacey on the front desk, she kept me informed on the progress with my car and also the warranty company. Upon collection of my car, the mechanic who worked on my car took the time to explain what was done which was nice and I got some useful advice. I will be back for my MOT/Service.

Giving praise here to the Halford Autocentre Ruislip. MOT, Oil Change, Air Filter, no problem. Handed Stacey (the Centre Manager) my key, NB Cuthbert (the Mechanic) carried out the MOT, and changed the oil and air filter, came back to collect my car within an allocated time. My Car was ready and waiting. Stacey gave me back my key, Professional, Warm, Friendly Service. Job Done,. Stress Free experience, Happy Car, Happy Me! The phone kept ringing over 22 minutes when I tried to call so went over personally the following day and asked why the phone was not answered and the reply I got was that I was very busy and had too many invoices to process. Shocked !! I said it would be polite to answer and at least say that she was busy. I went over explaining what the fault was and I was still asked to pay for a diagnostic check for 49 and 30 minis later was informed that they are unable to decipher what the code was and that I should take the car to a dealer. I am not at all comfortable ever taking my car back there. I don't want to be too negative but hearing the mechanics converse its best to give this place a miss.
