It honestly amazes me how incompetent this the bike department of this shop is. I have called up asking for parts which they say they have and then I have turned up and then told me they don't have any. They are constantly out of essential bike accessories such as puncture repair kits and inner tubes. The staff are often rude and dismissive. There advice is often poor and in some cases dangerous. They also charge different prices online to in-store but claim ignorance when questioned about it. The mark up can be upto 70% the online price. I wouldn't come here at all if it wasn't for the fact that they are often the only shop open in the evening. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone and would actually advice people not to go here. I have not used the rest of the store much but I have not had any bad experiences when I have.

Superb customer service. I'd bought the wrong wiper blade and didn't have my receipt. I was able to exchange for the correct one and have it fitted in less than 5 mins.
Excellent service. Couldn't order online due to having an instant voucher. Was served by Lucie who checked stock our back for me and was quick and efficient and provided a friendly and professional service. Great store, good parking, would recommend.
Soooooooper good people here, I was helped by an American guy, his friend who seemed overly sweaty but lovely got everything working back as it should. Really fun visit, not at all what I thought Halfords was all about. Really recommended if your not confident about car lights (like me!) Thanks again
