We love the Atlantic Cat Hospital. We've been going here for years and wouldn't think of going somewhere else. Having a specialized vet see our cats is ideal. We only wish we could bring our dog here too :)

Don't go here. The office is clearly not being run properly and the care available is suffering for it. Really bad experience and I have some real doubts about the competence of one of the vets they've employed. They just don't seem to know what the heck they're doing, at all. (There was a happy ending, proper treatment from a proper vet elsewhere...just avoid the heck out of this place especially if your cat has a long term condition.)

This is the most compassionate and professional kitty care I've ever experienced. Lovely all the time, and deeply there for you when times are the toughest. I've been through tragedy and heartbreak, with them at my side, as well as the good times, when all are well. So nice to have cat-specialized care close to home. Thank you, Atlantic Cat Hospital, especially Dr. Julia. Meow!

This vet clinic has very caring and compassionate staff. They are very welcoming and friendly. They handled my frightened cat gently, took their time with her, and spoke to her quietly. They clearly love cats, and want nothing more than to take care of them. I will always bring my cats to this clinic.

I brought my small cat with inflammatory bowel disease back to the Atlantic Cat Hospital for an ultrasound after an initial, very thorough , consult. This involved a drive of more than an hour each way, but it was very helpful to get the results. She had been treated at home, but not always with as much diagnostic acumen. My cat's diagnosis is not the best, but Dr. Julia was very supportive and made a plan for the near future, even though things might not turn out for the best. I'm very pleased with the Hospital.

I had terrible experiences with this clinic while living in Halifax. At the time I was dating someone who was very abusive toward me and he made a point to talk down about me to those working here (as he did this to anyone he could manipulate) and they then did not take me or my cats seriously. Terribly unprofessional.
