I have been dealing with great stress related to my immigration issues but Grace Allen has such a calm and professional manner of practice, she walked me through the whole processes and kept me updated during the whole application and even helped me to get letters for my employers so that I can continue to work as per my legal right and status. Very kind and great professionalism .

Terrible communication; have to repeatedly send emails and such and never a response; quick to take your money but terrible customer service. Just stay away; do they even know how many lawyers are in Halifax?? TERRIBLE!

I am an actual client unlike 1 of the reviews (Danica) I know of and who knows about the others. My experience at first was ok considering the stress I was dealing with. They made me feel protected and were very nice. After that it changed. Going through a separation that was time constraint due to my career and me having to move to a different province. They were horrible at responding back (only when I messaged them) and I felt like my case wasn't important or paid enough to get the attention it needed. After 3 months and about 3000 I felt Im no better off then I was before hiring them on. I'm so disappointed and thought they had my best interest in mind but after the lack of response, the mistakes on their end and the fact they blamed me for the confusion while also billing me for their mistakes, I strongly do not recommend this firm. After this I will not be comfortable going into another law firm just because of my first experience. I hope I'll never need a lawyer again.
