Without any hesitations I would recommend Brooks Electrolysis to anyone who is looking to find a permanent solution for hair removal. Being a long time client, I have seen how much she values hygiene and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that her clients are comfortable throughout their appointments. Angie is extremely professional and takes care of all the necessary health and safety precautions especially during the pandemic. She is one of the best in the business with years of experience!!!

Fantastic service and Angie has perfect "bedside" manner. She's very professional and kind. Only downside is there is no designated parking and sometimes it's hard to find on the street.

If I could give this “business” a 0 star I would. I don’t know how much money I wasted for this woman to essentially pluck my hair! I recall going to her and getting the spill about electrolysis being the only proven method of permanent hair removal. She used the thermolysis method of electrolysis. She stressed the importance of seeing her weekly to ensure permanent hair removal. Keep in mind a 20 minute session cost 41. What was interesting was that although I saw her regularly, I never saw any reduction in hair growth. I started doing a bit more research online and found a blog online titled “Follikill Permanent Hair Removal.” One of the first things that I learned is that thermolysis is the least effective method of electrolysis. I went even further and decided to see another electrologist. The woman was perplexed as to why anyone would do thermolysis, especially for coarser hair. During the first session with this other individual, I noticed a higher level of discomfort. The reason being, the current from the machine used during electrolysis needs to be at a relatively high in order for it to work. When I saw Angie, most times I would almost fall asleep because (I now know why) the current was extremely low. More importantly, the new electrologist made a point to show me the root of my hair each time she removed it. I would often see the white bulb or the thick black root depending on what stage the hair was in. With Angie, she never once showed me the hair she was plucking so she could have been breaking the hair for all I know. All in all, stay away from this business. It is an absolute waste of money and I regret every penny! I forgot to add, the blend method is the most effective from of electrolysis
