would give 0 if i could Shoddy customer service and limited acess to funds to 2 days a week and between a 3 hour period. Worst financial instatution i have ever come accross. If was run like normal building society it would have folded years ago. Totaly useless

Normally I would give them 5 stars but considering I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and all I'm getting is the answering service its ridiculous I even left a message and no reply not a happy customer

Shoddy customer service been on hold over two hours told me I was number 1 in the queue then went back to the beginning message , ridiculous

Credit Union has helped me out with my money because I spend it on things I don't need them even though I have a budget on certain days they're helpful when you ask example ; How do you set up an account for myself or my child or you could ask for other advice if you can borrow loans such as decorating your home and make it your home or if your in a flat your home.

Calderdale credit union the pretend bank that advertisers and offers all kinds of financial services from my experience with them thy regularly make mistakes with my account and money to the extent of taking interest money out of one of my other bank accounts without my permission informing me that my universal credit has not been received causing me to spend time ringing the DWP just to find out it had been put in I have had a lot of problems with them and I have had to move to another bank because of it they have cost me a lot of money and refuse to accept its there fault and reimburse me
