This is a lovely place 2 stay. The staff have some teething problems but are more than happy 2 correct any errors. We were made 2 feel welcome & comfortable. We'll b back & looking forward 2 it. Happy visiting

Came with our kickboxing team of 12 people and spent two nights at the hotel. Everything about our trip was perfect with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, even offering to drive us to the nearest supermarket in the evenings after we were exhausted from our competition. The food was spot on and exactly what we needed. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone else looking stay in Halifax or near Leeds as it was a short car journey away.
Basic but comfortable and had everything you needed. I found the staff pleasant and very helpful, they made us food early hours and brought it to our room which was very kind of them. Located central and close to where we needed to be. We would stay again if we were ever to return to Halifax.
This is a review for the Marina Dessert Lounge. I ordered with the expected delivery time of 18:20 and it was delivered at 20:15. Only half of the order had been sent. I was told that this would be delivered straight away. Left a review through the just eat page reflecting this but unfortunately can’t go back in and amend/update to 1 Star. After endless calls chasing this, at 22:45 I demanded a refund and was told it would be with me by 23:15. Called back again at 23:30 to be told the driver is nearly here. Called back at 23:45 and said I would be calling the SFA first thing if I didn’t have my refund by midnight. Finally, at well past midnight I have my cash refund. Extremely poor customer service. You get the impression it’s chaos when you’re calling and they just don’t care. Will NOT be ordering a second time from this place nor recommending to friends and family.
Been renovated and under new management. All staff are friendly and happy to help. Rooms are clean and modern and in a great location
Had a Great time at the hotel. Loved the service, friendly stuff. In particular Ednan stands out, he has been lovely, always super helpful!
We tried this new restaurant and loved it! Something different in Halifax. Good food, great ambiance and excellent service. Will definitely go back again!
Great hotel the room was spotless and smelled clean and the staff could not of been more friendly and helpful you only had to ask for anything I thoroughly enjoyed are stay here and I would definitely recommend to anyone and I will stay here again
