Service was quick and friendly, restaurant was clean. Nothing to complain about! Drive through is always busy, but reasonable processing times.
Food was good. However, they definitely need better management. Waited 10 mins in the drive through (which is not a big deal) when it’s finally my turn at the window, I saw 5 stuff inside. 2 were working while 3 were just stand there doing nothing. They need better management to get everyone running instead standing and doing nothing.

I orded from skip the dishes and everything came great. They even wrote me a handwritten note.
I visited this location on Feb17 in late evening. I ordered 2 meals with sundae. It took kitchen staff 20 mins just to make my order and suprisingly i was all alone there. I was given my drinks and sunday way before as a result they got melted right on the counter. Well i got them changed. In addition music was so loud. People in the back were laughing, making jokes , using phones and making orders with same unwashed hands. So overall, there was not a proper management. I guess they need good team leaders who can make everybody work quickly and in a effective manner.
Good food! Disappointed we didn't get our coupon for the little guys ice cream though :(
Waited 25 mins for 2 blizzards while the person ahead of us drove off we thought half of their order after waiting as long. There was 5 people in staff who were too busy joking around and swearing infront of customers to make our blizzards. By the time they gave them too us they were melted and the kid in the window tossed it at us resulting in it spilling all over the drivers side door. Definitely worth going to another location.
