I recently had my first laser hair removal appointment done at the Halifax location and was highly impressed. The business is following all covid regulations which is a plus in my books. The girl sat me down and asked me questions and explained everything to make sure I knew what to expect and was comfortable proceeding. She also explained the payment options which were surprisingly flexible! The treatment itself was painless which surprised me. The technician was very friendly and professional, she made small talk to make me feel comfortable and was very thorough in her work but was still efficient. The price point was really good too, so no complaints there. I’m excited to go in for my next treatment and see how the end results look after I finish all my sessions.
Alicia is awesome and knowledgeable! I'm doing a few treatments with her. The place is clean and comfy. I like that it's small because it makes you feel a priority whenever you are in for a treatment. Looking forward for more treatments with this facility. Highly recommend!
Alicia is your go to for sure! To be honest, I have never been to DermaEnvy but Alicia has taken care of me once in the past. She did my manicure, make up, face massage and waxed my brows. She is knowledgeable, friendly and can deliver excellent customer service. One of the sweetest persons you will ever meet in your life!
