In store service curt & uninterested to the point of rudeness. I was totally left alone with no practical or technical advice or help. Delivery service said doing me a favour actually delivering & left me to unpack the fridge freezer, manhandle the item & dispose of the significant amount of packaging somehow.
I bought a washer from here last April I’ve had nothing but problems with my washing machine and Stuart the owner is trying to blame me for the washer not working well he said to put the soap powder in the drum not in the drum he’s so rude! Half his staff don’t help either if this doesn’t get sorted trading standing are getting involved
Highly recommend ordered online quick delivery had a problem with the appliances staff on the phone were very helpful & replaced straight away. Will use this company again
Brilliant service , phoned dinner time on a Saturday to check stock of a built in oven and they didn’t have it but arranged for one to be available to collect the next day.on arrival oven waiting for me and the guy in the shop was very friendly.Oven all fitted and it’s perfect! Highly recommend this company for price and customer service...thank you
