What fantastic service we received in store today, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The biggest thank you has to go to Tanya. We were having problems with finance and she went above and beyond to sort the problem out for us. We will certainly be recommending dreams Halifax to all our friends and family!

Me and my husband were entirely clueless in what mattress we wanted when we entered the store. Graham was extremely patient and helpful in allowing us to decide what we wanted. We also felt safe due to the ongoing pandemic. All staff wore face coverings or adhered to the 2m distancing requirements and we used bed coverings when trying out the beds. Really pleased with what we came away with. Great value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a new mattress.

Really Happy with the Halifax Store. My partner and I were impressed straight away with the helpfulness and patience of Becky. She kindly asked us if we wanted to go on the Sleepmotion bed to help us decide what would be our best choice for a mattress. When we decided what we wanted she was so helpful when we made our purchase. Becky is a credit to the Company. And we would highly recommend anyone to go to the Halifax Store. Brilliant service.

We absolutely loved coming to this store, Fiona was brilliant, credit to the store she is super helpful and really knows her product knowledge And she loves cheese, we had such a good chat, very relaxed environment and the store had perfect social distancing measures, we left super excited about our new mattress and bed we even bagged ourselves some discount pillows and 3 bedside tables 1 been a freebie Thank you so much fiona

Stumbled across the store in need of a bed frame and possible mattress. We were met with 2 very friendly staff, and the highest of services in terms of hygiene (COVID), information, and customer service. We were able to freely browse the store, made aware of current deals available. Once we had chosen our bed frame we were supported the rest of the way, by a lovely lady called Becky, in finding our perfect mattress using the sleepmatch machine, we were then shown around the matched mattresses to test using the comfiest of pillows. After we had found the perfect combo we were explained through the delivery and finance process every step of the way. Great service, could not fault it, it actually made our day! Thank Dreams and thanks Becky!

Well what can I say. Went there today on arrival Becky apologized on having to wait a few seconds to gain admittance, explaining that due to illness there was only two members of staff instead of the usual four. Hand sanitizer was plainly available along with complimentary bottles of spring water. Becky dealt with all our enquiries with great professionalism,and a welcome touch of friendly humour. Making us feel really welcome. After trying out several beds guided expertly by Becky, we made our selection and made our way to settle the bill to be greeted by the equally pleasant young lady Tanya, who explained everything clearly. Thanks to the both of them. We had a great discounted deal along with some free pillows and matress cover. Would definitely reccomend Dreams. Becky and Tanya area credit to their profession.
