I'm always happy with my visits to the Fairview Animal Hospital. All the staff genuinely care. I greatly appreciate the time they take to answer my questions and explain different therapeutic options and outcomes. Everyone has always been compassionate and accommodating when my dog is ill or needs emergency care - which is incredibly helpful since I'm also in distress when my dog is not well. Lastly, they follow-up! They always give me a call following any treatments to make sure my dog is responding well. Even after I took my dog to the Metro Emergency Clinic in Burnside (outside Fairview Animal Hospital's operating hours), the Fairview staff still called me the next day to follow-up and make sure he was doing ok. I would highly recommend this vet!

I took my senior cat into Fairview Animal Hospital the other day and was seen by Griffin and Dr. Mika (?). I had had my cat into the Hospital a number of years ago but this was the first time I met this medical team. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate about my cat's situation. They recommended the best procedure to be followed explaining the benefits, cost and otherwise, of doing certain tests at this time rather than having to return for another consultation. They also explained when I would receive follow-up information. I am very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to visit them again should the need arise.
I had a shedding issue with my leopard gecko and needed her looked at asap. I called Fairview Animal Hospital and even though they were booked up, they managed to squeeze her in. They were very helpful, super nice and sweet. They truly went above and beyond. I recommend for anyone with exotics and any pet in general. They will be in good hands!
Always helpful kind and compassionate
The best vet I ever brought my pet to. Brought my pet guinea pig here as they had a good reputation for exotic pets. They lived up to their reputation. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained our options very clearly.
The team at Fairview have been so kind every time we have come for a visit. My dog has diabetes and sometimes needs a quick check to make sure his sugars are in line. They squeeze him in if I call and need him looked at. They also worked with me on his food to help control the diabetes.
Our current dog is the third rescue we've had cared for at the Fairview Animal Hospital. Over the past 15-plus years we've always found the doctors and support staff to be compassionate and thorough. We've never felt rushed during the appointments and have always received detailed explanations to help us make good decisions. Thank you!
