For the most part the place is clean. The vending machines are stocked regularly and for the most part most employees and customers wear a mask but I have seen some customers and employees not wearing a mask.

Not the worst terminal. Unfortunately one of the best though. This terminal is oddly oversized for the number of busses it serves and can expect to serve in the future knowing the lackluster service of Halifax Metro Transit. Also the building looks nice on the outside and is a generally nice looking bus terminal, but the inside looks sort of like a prison or an elementary school with that generic large brick pattern painted in offensive blue and yellow paint. Seriously I get that's your colors but you could have made it a little less painful on the eyes. At least the building has toilets, vending machines, an info desk, and display boards.

It's great, love the new water fountain with a dedicated funnel to fill water bottles. It's located next to the Canada Games Center. Plenty of bays for all the buses to stop, and each stop has a screen telling you how long the wait for that bus is, as well as current time. Also provided is large screens inside with all the routes. Inside there is vending machines, security, ample seating, heated and cooled, bathrooms, water fountain with bottle filling funnel, a route map and even security. The only terminal that is perhaps better is the new Bridge Terminal as it is considerable larger.

New terminal building fully equipped with schedule displays, bathrooms, vending machines, plenty of seats big windows. There's a station for cyclists to pump up tires and make small repairs. The bus stops are clearly marked and well spaced out. No more mixing up the direction of your bus. No stairs anywhere in the terminal, the entire thing is wheelchair accessible; there are guide strips installed in the concrete to assist blind people. This station is a model.
