Convenient location in the city - the parking lot can be quite full during peak seasons (E.g. tire change). Service is prompt and friendly and they are really good at keeping a record of the repairs done on your vehicle. The provision of quotes for a job that vary slightly based on the quality of the parts is appreciated, especially as they are honest about when a higher quality part should be secured or when it really does not matter.

Honest mechanics and a white-glove service. First time customer, brought my car in to get checked over for what work needs to be done. I've done most of the work on this car myself over the past 5 years so I've got a sense of what's good and what's not. Some shops truly try to soak people with unnecessary work; not these guys. Everything was well documented with photos and descriptions sent to me, and they were straight about how much life was left in parts that are wearing. Looking forward to relying on these guys in the future.

Don't waste your money and time never ever... My wife has been there four times because of the tire sensors and battery. She had to continue to pay only for the diagnosis cost though they did not solve my car problem. Even though it's a very simple problem that only needs replacing. We wasted golden time and money. I went to another shop with same issues, they solved with low cost and same day. If you want to go to NAPA, you have to go to another store, not this one. It was so terrible experience.
When I buy a vehicle they'll be my first choice. Great location and always busy which is a good sign!
I have never seen a more detailed (with pictures) service analysis of what was done or needed to be done to your car. It really gave you confidence that your car was thoroughly checked
