It's 9:45 and I arrive at KFC on Quinpool. The front doors are locked, but when I check their hours it says it closed at 10. I look in the back and they are cleaning up?? As I get in my car I see a guy from door dash get the same treatment. Not cool.

Ordered the famous chicken sandwich on Uber Eats, very delicious!
I had an allergy I didn’t realize was on their famous chicken sandwich so when I asked to get a new one they wouldn’t refund it and they were rude to me and my friends attending. Any other fast food establishment would have been nice enough to remake the sandwich so like... I don’t die eating it, not to mention it was cold. Very rude and awful people here including the manager who wouldn’t work with me to solve the issue over a 6 dollar sandwich.
It's an OK place but there are some foreigners that can not understand what you are saying, it looks like a sketchy place I only went there a couple of times in the past 3 months, but I would not recommend going there because usually the KFC Popcorn Chicken I get is pretty good, but the boneless chicken is kinda hard and the fries are a bit brown. Also, with COVID restrictions, staff and some customers that are in the store have their masks pulled down or off.
Immediately met with a rude cashier at the counter, food was presented messily, cookie was hard as a rock and food wasn't much better. Only thing the place had going for it is the renovated inside.
The worst restaurant is #KFC. They serve the chicken cold dry and no sauce at all, maybe minimum to save money. When you ask for Mayo they tell you we don’t have, but it costs you extra (like what should we pitch you bring chicken and I bring sauce from home!!) Best alternative is #MaryBrowns (Cheaper, fresher, better, and good CS)
I haven't been to a KFC in many years, but today's meal (Famous Chicken Sandwich combo) definitely hit the mark! Wow! Generous portions for the price and great flavor!
The vegan Chicken was awesome. The only issue was some customers came in and instantly took OFF there mask to order and then stand in the waiting area in close proximity to everyone else waiting and the staff didn't say a thing to them about it.. They put the mask BACK on to leave. Ok food but staff who are not willing to enforce PROVINCIAL mandates.
