Sent here for debilitating *social anxiety* and other mental health issues and they put me on a 26 week DBT group therapy course. No therapy, just given masses of handouts that were mostly read out loud to us. Should have just given us the book instead. As a result of *social anxiety* I couldn't attend all the sessions. They wrote to my GP to tell them that I didn't attend all the sessions. If only they knew how massively difficult it was to attend the sessions I did, despite them not being of any use to my condition. As a result of their letter, I'm now in my GP's 'bad books' and receive even less support from them too. My GP used to be sympathetic, they're now abrupt and dismissive. Excellent, cheers for that! Plain spiteful.

This service is beneficial and the Doctors and Support staff are second to none, with the exception of one or two! I rate this service 3 stars due to the difficulty contacting reception and staff on reception as their response time is very poor! I feel the out of hours contact details and support is not made clearly enough to very vulnerable people using this service. I also suggest ALL staff, again with a few exceptions need to take note that the NHS and Government state \it's good to talk\? There seems to be a lack of effective communication between Consultants, GP's and other healthcare services/professionals which in my opinion, needs to be addressed immediately, in order to provide a better support for their service users and outside agencies.

Don't listen to what you have to say, or at least they didn't with me and the women on the other end of the phone was just as bad as the male nurse who was assessing me. They're so condisending and literally will do anything ii get you out of the building, off the phone or just simply pushed away to a different service. I tried to complain and have been dismissed and disregarded much like the help I've been trying to seek for myself. No care or compassion from the NHS anymore.

Indiscrete staff, one Dr openly discussed my case in the reception with staff while other clients were present. Pretty inconsiderate really. I wouldn't trust them with anything significant and if I had the money would definitely go private.

This place seems to be a dumping ground for the most arrogant, incompetent medical \professionals\ you could meet. There is an air of superiority amongst the staff who sneer and look down their noses at the customers (patients). Had dealings with them regarding personal and family issues, but they don't appear keen to actually take action to actually improve the situation. The best you get is a prescription for medicines that don't work.
