Clean, sanitized and masked M&S with an excellent department store and foodhall. The store never disappoints, and I really felt secure visiting it during the pandemic. Well done!

Products high quality yet finishing to touches to xmas decor lacking..
Very disappointed there is a minimum spend this year on Christmas food orders. Especially as people are struggling with finances this year. I have ordered the bowl profiteroles every year for as long as I can remember and then collect and buy extras on the day of collection if I need anything but not going to be able to order this year due to the minimum spend in place.
Immediate parking outside, although you do have to pay it is not excessive. There is every type of garment you could wish for with a good amount of variety. A large eatery is supplied so that 'when you get tired you can replenish, before going out to do more shopping. Now comes the reason for only four stars. If you do this a few times, and most wife's make sure their husbands do, when you come to require the toilet you find the gents has only one cubicle. !
Brilliant staff and excellent covid systems in place plus you can't beat M&S Food.

Well Done to all! A very relaxed visit today even though I had to join a rather long queue. They kept us all well informed and the walk around was spacious and uncrowded.
