It's not fast food anymore. If you go in with cash and want to use a till with a human interaction. You're left waiting for ages, whilst they prioritize online orders, table service etc. And the one guy actually on a till has to make drinks n icecreams etc It's not on McDs sort it out
Enjoyed the food. They have changed the hot chocolate and its not very nice.
Got the details of my order wrong 3 times despite me being 1 of 2 customers. The woman serving couldn't be bothered to cut off her conversation with her colleagues, I were shocked to see one were her manager. She cut me off when I were trying to tell her my order hadn't processed due to a problem with their machine. After 3 unsuccessful attempts at trying to order 4 items, I left still missing an item from my order, the food I DID get were wrong and cold. Wont be visiting this branch again.
I only drink coffee in mcd's, however everyone else seemed to be enjoying there food. Since first bus tickets have started to offer the shaker salad with the big Mac, MC chicken or fillet o fish for 1.99 I have dined here a few times. Service is reasonable quick, staff are friendly and restaurant is kept clean, floor staff even seem to cope well at busy times.
