I have seen the same Dentist for many years & they know me well & I have the upmost confidence in their practices. I wouldn't feel as confident if I saw someone diffefent at each appointment.
I've always received excellent treatment here. Usually see Mr Jowett but have also dealt with other staff and always received exceptional service. In emergencies have always been seen same day!
Have always received good service from everyone here. Helpful, polite and considerate, and management dealt with a query I raised very quickly and professionally.
Always cancelling and also denying appointments were ever made
They're bad, totally incompetent staff with horrible attitudes. Unhygienic facilities.
Beware of reception staff, get all sorts of proofs before u go there, they might just deny your appointment even exists.
Absolutely pathetic treatment and service. I have been fooled around far too much by this dentist surgery. Not acceptable at all.
