The team at Optio Publishing has been instrumental in our reopening post-COVID. We needed to communicate copious amounts of information to our patients, collect data from them while working under new conditions, ensuring our patients were comfortable in the 'new norm' while providing topnotch treatment. They were extremely fast and efficient in compiling this data and presenting it in a clear and concise manner so we could be ready upon opening. As things evolved, they were quick to respond to our ever changing requirements. All this while managing our online marketing campaigns at both clinics.
