Went for breakfast which is served until 12.00 Arrived three minutes before the deadline. They were not willing to provide breakfast at this time. Had to have a slice of beef in some bread with a few chips instead. Guess what? I won't return. Pork pies were good however.

Can't say I was impressed at all with the menu or the quality of food. The menu was wildly different from the website to begin with and what I'd looked forward to wasn't available. I had gammon egg and chips in the end. The gammon was small and fatty, chips soggy and with skin on and the egg was solid like a Haribo egg. Don't get me started on the brown sauce which tasted like fruity used engine oil. My wife and son had the bruschetta which was dry with below the minimum recommended pesto amount to qualify for its Italian pedigree. The whole cafe could benefit from a permanent divide from the meagre farm shop which on a windy day like today made the whole experience similar to sitting in a garage. Won't be going back. However, the heading on the receipt made me chuckle.

Love this place ! Always a friendly service and deliciously gorgeous food in both the Cafe and Shop. Great for Xmas gifts too. Will be going back soon. Thank you
