Extremely unimpressed in the way #tescocustomerservice handle #covid19protection #compliant Having placed food items on the counter to purchase, the cashier proceeded to wipe her nose with a used tissue which she placed back in her tabard. Politely asking if she would mind sanatising her hands (as she had no intention of doing so) she refused and made a 15 minute stand as to why she shouldn't and how nobody else who shopped there did! This then led to customers becoming irate at me for the delay in service! At the outset I stated I didn't want an argument I would simply discuss it with the manager but was eventually refused service on the back of it was only dust she was clearing from her nose) To add insult to injury after telephoning Tesco customer service complaints I was informed that the complaint would be dealt with by the store manager and they couldn't guarantee that the store manager would phone me as all complaints are dealt with 'inhouse' ....really? So no sweeping it all under the carpet then? Meanwhile I had to endure 15 minutes if total nonsense from Tesco staff. Abuse from other customers because of the delay and find another shop to purchase lunch!! #covid #food #customerservice #safety #healthandsafety #safetyfirst #basichygene #tescocustomerservice
Frequented this location a few times. It's an ordinary Tesco Express with all of what you'd expect. No issues whatsoever.
Pricey tesco express with a few choices, but I like it because of its flexible hours and distance from the hospital. It’s the closest shop to it and something we definitely need!
