Not always got things in stock, and always seems a bit manic in there compared to Sowerby bridge store nearby or other tescos, and one time i got told off for letting my child push the trolley instead of my self- never knew it was a rule of adults only pushing the trolley, But i once lost my keys and the customer service lady was excellent and extremely helpful and thankfully found them so i guess u get odd picky staff and then could have a really nice one.

I find shopping at Tesco especially at King Cross Halifax I have found that staff are very friendly and are helpful. Yes there have been a small number of times that I have to be in a queue to do my shopping but I haven't had to wait very long to get into the shop , get round and buy the things I need been served and be on my way again .

The place is good but I always end up over-spending at any Tesco's. Could be bigger though, as Asda is bigger and has a larger category of selection.

We went here last night and had to wait outside which is fair enough. My husband has a disability and struggles with the barriers he told the staff outside but they made him go through the barriers anyway resulting him struggling and badly hurting his leg. He told the staff outside that he had fallen they responded that he should of been more careful. I am absolutely disgusted with the way he was treated so disrespectfully and definitely filing a complaint.
