I've been going to the same stylist for over 14 years, and I never leave unhappy. As for the Head Shoppe itself, it's a great place, current Covid safety measures are really good. The Head Shoppe has a policy that is on all of their receipts, if you don't love your hair, they'll fix it at no cost. (I'm sure there are limits in that, but I don't know what they are, as I have never left with a bad cut, colour, or style)

Got the best haircut I’ve ever had from Jessie! I have very thin hair and it’s very to style it and he volumed it really well and was precise with how much hair I asked him to cut. Definitely going back!

I accidentally posted a 1 star review for a Munro insurance under this business somehow. I since removed it. This location is nothing but good to me when I go. Over priced haircuts but I think that’s everywhere these days sadly.
