My husband and I were referred to come in to see Nick at the Halifax Shopping Centre when we were ready to get our phones. A few things I would like to say about the service I received. Nick and Harman have a wonderful working relationship and the two of them made our shopping experience awesome. Both gentlemen are very professional knowledgeable. We came in to see Nick a few days before we bought our phones. Not only did we schedule a night to come back to do the transaction, he came in on his day off. We had to wait to come back because the phones were out of stock. That was no problem for Nick, he drove out of town to pick up our phones personally. I cannot say enough for this experience, by far the best I have ever had!

When it comes to my IT "go place", I always choose The Source at Halifax Shopping Centre. Rickina assisted with my new phone purchase. She has amazing inter-personal skills and a tremendous knowledge of the product! As with numerous times in the past, my experience at this Store was outstanding!
Honestly I can't remember his name i was in a rush and am bad at remembering names, the associate was quick and thorough when setting me up with a phone took me 5-10 minutes and I was on my way. Thanks for the service and as much as I want to remember his name he definitely deserves this review.
I was helping my mother in law go from pre-paid plan with old flip phone to post paid plan with new device. I went to the Source as in the past I always received good service. Man! Was that a great decision. We were serviced by Hannah, she was great. She patiently found the best deal .not rushing us . And explaining everything to my mother in law. Th Source has a great Employee/person in Hannah. George was also assisting at times and was very helpful. Great staff , great store. Very pleased.
Today Harmanjot asked me about my cell phone plan and as a result I now have a new phone and a much better cell phone plan. Even better, I am paying the same price as I was before, so no increased cost. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Diane

It was worth to visit the store to get my new buds, Representative Harman was very helpful from the first question to the very last question. He went beyond the limits to help me and guide me wit everything, you go and want to buy something ask for Harman, he is the best help you'll get :)
