Please Beware! The reviews here are clearly fake, with most positive reviews coming from weird usernames providing excellent reviews for this company and another moving company in Halifax. Having used their services recently, 1. They try to bill for hours they didn't work 2. They are rude and unprofessional 3. Fees are paid directly into their bank account, without taxation.

Used this company to move a small duplex to a new home. 25minute ride and when they unloaded washing machine I noticed the door was completely damaged. The washer is UNUSABLE, when the door is opened it falls down completely and it will likely break off if not kept shut. Also be aware. Ads advertise no tax & we were charged tax. They also added an additional hour to the total, which we realized when they sent the invoice after the fact. The gentleman provided a fake HST #. I have checked with CRA. All I would like to rectify the situation is to be able to use my washing machine in my new home! Beware people, since reporting it on Saturday we were told “his guys said they didn’t do it” and are now being ghosted by the company. This review will be updated upon rectification of this situation. We helped the guys move all of our items, when we didn’t have to. We even tipped 60 upon payment (which was done after loading up the duplex, before unloading new house -due to them running late and having to get to another job). After returning to the old duplex, we found several larger items left behind. I guess we should have done this move ourselves at the cost of being charged an extra hour, tax & now a broken washer.
Wonderful, polite movers. On time, worked non stop on the coldest day of the year. It was a long distance move, and because they were so skilled at moving, it was seamless.

My wife and I are well aware of some of the horror stories with fly by night moving companies, as we experienced it first hand 2 years ago. We decided to go in depth this time when researching a moving company. We've noticed a pattern with 3 particular fake moving companies such as this one, being Universal Moving & Storage, Xtreme moving Service and Quality Pro Movers. None of these 3 companies are actual registered businesses. Our first hint was that there are 3 fake review names on each of the 3 fake companies. 1) Jimmy Carter 2) Fine arts 3)Moamar Ahmad. There are also more fake corresponding reviews but let's go in depth a little further. This means they have been deceiving the public into thinking they can charge you tax without having an HST #. This also means that you have no recourse, if your belongings are damaged or lost as they would not have insurance. Using any one of these companies is putting all your life belongings in the hands of a fly by night companies with no integrity. These are illegal operations and will.be reported to CRA. We got taken 2 years ago, I'll be damn sure these types of operations are not going to be scamming innocent people with their dozens of fake made up 5 star reviews.......... and fake illegal practices. DO NOT USE!!!! CALL CRA AND REPORT!
1. First They dropped the Fridge Compressor, 2. than they want the money before complete offload, they threaten me, if not paid in advance they take away the stuff in truck. Their lead was commenting / argumentative like "you earn xxx dollars", was never expecting such thought process. 3. I asked I have another pickup from a different location and if they can accommodate in the time we have (if takes more time - happy to pay more) - but their reply was : that's a separate assignment and has to have 2 separate hours for this. (It was my first movement - so not sure if this is the standard practice here - but sounded pretty rough) 4. Initial request (on phone - see the first picture as text exchanges) was to move the already in fridge to other room - and - even they had more than one hour left in my allocated time - they demanded extra money to touch this in-house item: Will put more details on Facebook to let everyone knows about their strategy to TRAP your items in the truck and ask for money. 4. Their Prices they quoted me was out of blue - did not match their listing on kijiji - which was my source; I should have stopped there - but due to the urgency - I did not thought about the money part then. The post on Kijiji (Please find attached) did not say anything about truck rental and insurance : but they just added - as per their convince. So I ended up paying more - and - getting less work done. More than this the language they used was threatening : my items got scratched from the side walls (the walls were newly painted).

Very efficient crew. I highly recommend them guys for your house move. I had a 3 bedroom house . Moved without stress . I would give more stars .
