The facility is clean, however, customer service is lacking. Access is not as promised during opening times. In a time span of 2 weeks, I could not access my unit twice, when the unit was supposed to be open. This lead to me having to load and unload my car, and extra travel expense. No compensation was offered when I called. I find that unacceptable and I will move my storage elsewhere.
