Our boiler broke down on New Years eve (yesterday) of all days !! \Distress call\ was sent out and I never expected to hear anything for at least another couple of days due to the holidays. Simon, from the Bridlington branch responded at 8am today (New Years day) and has booked an engineer to arrive at midday tomorrow. This is absolutely exceptional service and I cannot thank Simon and Hall Bros enough.
