Went in person to get tag decals. Took our money and said would mail them. Have not received. Why could the lady not staple the decal to our tag statements as usual when we go in person? She took our money, so what was the problem? Very perturbed!

3 min wait on the phone. Lady was very nice, pleasant and helpful. I needed to switch a plate to a different vehicle. She took care of it in about 2 minutes. Great experience.

Big Country

For the love of god don’t call their motor vehicle department with questions! You’ll only hear “I don’t know” over and over! The normal operators will be glad to give you the state of Georgia department of revenue motor vehicle phone number or transfer you to a “supervisors” voiceamail. Lord help you if keep calling back to speak to said supervisor, you’ll get to hear that hand also the desk while she pitches a fit because you expect some one to answer you questions. They are like robots with one genetic answer for every phone call. I’m ashamed to say I voted for Darla Eden, it’s obviously time for change in this establishment do she can retire and enjoy life. This office is REALLY slipping and lacking professionalism!
