I have nothing but praise for Hall Grove doctors surgery and their staff. I’ve recently been quite poorly and I’ve felt supported, listened to and most importantly the staff have been very proactive in getting my issues dealt with. I have special praise for Dr Price who really has been excellent in calling me promptly after I’ve submitted an e consult and getting me the medical care I needed.

Practice not allow patients to go Surgery unless they have an appointment. Agree with this ,but why does the Practice manager think its ok for it's patients to have to wait 30 minutes on hold to get an appointment. If they can't get this basic service staffed correctly please give the job to someone who can!

I filled in on line form for Gp to call me back, had my phone with all day yesterday but no one rang. Turned my phone on at 9.30 am this morning after seeing to my children etc to get a message to say someone tried to call, what a utter joke, Honestly think you have nothing else to do but have the phone with you 24/7. This system is not good at all, so i had to do the whole form again this morning and i am waiting for a call yet again!!!!! Be good idea to maybe give people a window slot

What has gone wrong with this surgery. I ordered repeat prescription on line Sunday evening.yesterday I rang them to ask why the pharmacy had no received the prescription. I was told they were behind but would be sent in the afternoon. It wasn't. This morning Friday I rang again and this time I was told to ring the pharmacy myself to see if they have received it. I am a 70 year old pensioner and am now down to 1 days medication. This is just not good enough I have now been told it takes 5 working days despite their website and on line request pages still saying 3days
