Unfriendly women at the reception not willing to listen. I asked if someone could have a quick look at the problem (panoramic roof not closing). The only thing she wanted to know was if the car is known at Don Bosco and told me that I have to fix an appointment. Not recommendable!

I needed a new exhaust system for my year 2000 golf cabrio. I ended up with MIDAS close by as these guys never even bothered to reply to my enquiry. Over EU1400.00 later I had a complete system including MAF and Lambda sensor. 5 stars to MIDAS. None for these guys.

I saw all the bad reviews but I made a very positive experience. I had an appointment for a short adjustment of my Golf and it was done in less time than expected. Fast service and free coffee for the waiting time. The receptionist was friendly and it went very smooth.

Terrible experience with this Garage. On a touran of 8 years and 100mkm I had a serious engine problem and all they have been able to propose is an engine change for 10k !!!! No other solution than giving away the car to a dealer for 2000. The value of the car was still 10k.... Volkswagen didn't do anything for me.... the car was always maintained in the VW network it is not acceptable to treat cutomers like this.... I don't recommend this garage
