Look like they are making a lot of money i went there i did not know we have to take an appointment... Result just stay out of the place without any info... The people working at that place does not know that they have to take care about future clients...and also learn to be a bit polite by greeting your customers. I just wonder once you buy a car from them how the after sale will be. Not recommended place to go...

After a routine repair at Sterckx, my car had electrical gremlins. As they did not want to recheck under warranty I went to another official Volvo workshop where a major cover up of recent damage was found resulting in sparks next to the fuel pump. Sterckx denied all responsibility. Shame for a garage that used to be a beacon of craftmanship between 1988 and 2008.
Best place to get your Volvo fixed. Excellent service and work. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Jurgen is wonderful.
