We have used Greenstreet Surveys for many of our clients house purchases and would like to recommend them for the quality of the reports they produce and the extensive knowledge they have of the area and properties in general.

Tony and Greenstreet Surveys were recommended to us for our ongoing property purchase. The house is 80 to 90 years old, and Tony did a very comprehensive inspection, drawing attention to problems and issues that require further investigation. I would be very happy to recommend the company.

Used Greenstreet surveys for the last two housemoves...including the one upcoming. One was a renovation,1930 semi-detached needing a lot of work. Report really helpful and informative. Efficient and trustworthy and would (and have!) recommended to others.

ZERO STARS Avoid if you are looking at an old property! This company has zero knowledge about how old houses work! Comments about damp, materials are totally incorrect. And statements about damp and injection holes are farcical. Mr Tony Lowe Uses a two pronged meter which does not measure water content but conductivity. Obiously has little understanding of British standard 5250:2011 which states: "B 8: Measurement of dampness Accurate measurements of the moisture content of brick or mortar cannot be obtained by the use of electrical moisture meters because the presence of salts increases the electrical conductance of the water, giving falsely high readings. Gravimetric methods carried out on samples taken from the fabric give the most reliable results. The use of chemical absorption type moisture meters will give a result in a short space of time and be almost as reliable."
